Tahitian Tiare foam flower is handmade handcut, hand assemble, coloring with hand process airbrush. Polen is wire wrapped flora tape called ear piece or hair pick. Good for hair accessories, make corsage or flower bridal bouquet at ease. FLOWER HEAD ONLY or ear piece same cost due to polen is wirea and it is is part of the flower construction making.
